Every year, the entire PS 199 community, including parents, teachers and staff, come together for a fun-filled evening that benefits over 500 of our learners! This year, we are celebrating each other and what we have accomplished in light of the pandemic. Let's come together as a community; and Roar into the 1920's with a celebratory party to raise important funds for our learners. So dust off your high heels and wingtips and get ready to have fun.
The funds we raise from the auction provide our kids with amazing enrichment programs such as National Dance Institute, NY Philharmonic and Chess; enhanced classroom resources like technology upgrades, book, supplies and much more. Without funding from the PTA, these programs would not be available.
1. Attend
Come to the auction ready to bid on the amazingly creative class projects, teacher playdates, fun and unique experiences, and so much more. If you can't attend, you can bid on Online Auction items or you can have another parent bid on your behalf.
Two way to purchase a ticket:
- Check/Cash. Complete this Ticket Form and send it in with your check through kidmail.
2. Donations
The auction only works with the amazing support of our parents who help solicit donations. Your everyday activities and interactions are often the easiest place to start. We have solicitation letters for your convenience.

3. Sponsor a Teacher/Corporate Sponsorship
Every teacher and staff member at PS 199 are invited to attend the auction free of charge. By sponsoring a teacher, you help subsidize their cost and support the school. This type of ticket can be purchased on the ticket page. Attendance is not required to sponsor a teacher.
Corporate sponsorships are a great way to further your business's outreach to the over 300 families in our school community through direct exposure with logo and product placement.
